A person of interest was detained late Tuesday evening in connection with the robberies at Shelby Farms earlier in the evening, a Shelby County Sheriff spokesman said.

According to county police, there were two reported robberies involving at least two people that were reported in the 7 p.m. hour around Shelby Farms
