"Oh it's terrible, everywhere you go is stray dogs, even in the grocery stores, the community stores, they are everywhere," Lakeisha Lee said. "You can't get out of the car hardly for them coming up and barking at you."

Bishop Brandon Porter of Memphis has been elected to the Church of God In Christ's 12-member General Board of Bishops.

Porter's addition to the COGIC leadership board is the first time in nearly six years a Memphian has been on the Memphis-based denomination's presiding board since Bishop G. E. Patterson.

2 juveniles charged for posting child porn

Two juveniles have been charged by the Memphis Police's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit for posting and e-mailing a pornographic image involving a small child.

Police charged the two teens ages 13 and 16 with Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
