7 Mid-South facilities on meningitis list
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Seven Mid-South healthcare facilities received suspect material from the New England facility that carried tainted injections connected to the fungal meningitis outbreak, the Food and Drug Administration said.

Sixty-eight other facilities in Tennessee were also named to be on the FDA list.

A search operation is underway for Josh Wilson, a 21-year-old Arkansas Northeastern College student who was last seen Sunday morning in the area near Blytheville and Gosnell in Arkansas.

After a day and half of jury selection, 12 people have been seated and are prepared to hear testimony in the four-year-old murder case of Joe Caronna, who allegedly killed his wife in October 2008.
