MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Firefighters and the Memphis Bomb Squad cordoned off a 75-foot radius around the East McLemore Avenue fire department and evacuated the area briefly late Wednesday morning after a man brought a live grenade to the fire station.

Meningitis investigation extended to Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Department of Health says some products manufactured by a Massachusetts company whose steroid products are linked to a meningitis outbreak were shipped to Arkansas.

State epidemiologist Dr. Nate Smith says no illnesses have been reported in the state in connection with the products from the New England
