Employees of Flinn Broadcasting Corporation, WHBQ-FM, affiliated companies, clients participating in the promotion / contest, advertising and promotion agencies, any employee of any other broadcasting facility or newspaper in a 75 mile radius of Memphis, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

For "Register To Win" contests, limit one entry per person per client location.  Multiple entries will disqualify entrant from contest.  No machine entries allowed.

Hours of operation of client locations may vary from promotion / contest dates and times.  Check with individual locations for hours of operation. 

Winners have 30 days or until date of event to pick up prize (whichever comes first) unless otherwise noted on prize sheet. Prizes my be picked up from 9am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday at Flinn Broadcasting offices at 6080 Mt. Moriah. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company's control, or otherwise. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Entries must be handwritten. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms is permitted. 5. Publicity. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. 6. Release. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize. 7. Taxes. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. ELIGIBILITY The contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older who is a legal resident of, and physically located within the listening area as designated by Arbitron for the city of Memphis. ("Territory"). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Forever Fit, WMC,all other sponsors and Flinn Broadcasting Corp, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies; (individually and collectively, "Entities"), members of their households and immediate families and any person who, within the past six months, has been awarded a Grand Prize in any contest conducted by Sponsors, are not eligible to enter or play. Competitors must attend all training sessions and weigh-in sessions. If a competitor cannot attend training sessions or weigh-ins they will no longer be deemed a competitor. Further, contestants will be eliminated from the contest on a weekly basis. This elimination will be based on weight loss, adherence to the guidelines set by the trainers, and other criteria as deemed by the trainers. All decisions are final. Weekly weigh-ins will be held at Flinn Broadcasting on Wednesday mornings at 6am. Each week the competitor who has the greatest percentage of weight loss will be deemed weekly winner. Listeners will also have the opportunity to guess which competitor will win each week via Q1075.com. One listener who has given the correct answer will be randomly chosen for a weekly prize. The winner of Memphis' Biggest Loser will be chosen the week of April 14, 2008. The winner of the contest will be the competitor who has lost the greatest percentage of weight loss. In the event of a tie, judges will determine the highest percentage of body fat loss down to the smallest measurement. Flinn Broadcasting and Forever Fit reserve the right to make tie-breaking decisions and those decisions will be final. VI.
